Cancellation & Order Changes

At WM Crafting, each order is specially prepared and made to order. Once payment is made, we begin preparing materials or mock-ups promptly. Please review the policy below carefully before placing your order.
1. Order Cancellations
❌ Cancellations Are Not Allowed Once Payment Is Made
Due to the customised nature of our products and our prompt processing times:

All confirmed and paid orders are final and cannot be cancelled, regardless of production status

No refunds or store credits will be issued for cancellations once payment has been received
We encourage customers to review all customisation details carefully before making payment.
2. Order Changes
We understand that occasional changes may be required. We will do our best to accommodate minor adjustments if:

The request is made within 12 hours of order placement

Production or material preparation has not yet started
Change requests may include:

Name, text, or date updates

Colour, quantity, or delivery address changes

Other customisation details (subject to feasibility and stock)
All requests must be submitted in writing and confirmed by our team. Additional charges may apply depending on the nature of the change.
3. Customer Responsibility
WM Crafting is not responsible for errors in:

Custom text submitted by the customer

Spelling or date inaccuracies

Incorrect delivery information
Please double-check your order details thoroughly before confirming and making payment.
