1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed only after:

  • Customisation details are submitted (within 12 hours of ordering)

  • Proofs are approved (if applicable)

  • Full payment or deposit is received

Standard processing time is typically 3 to 7 business days, depending on the complexity of the order. For urgent requests, please contact us directly before placing your order.

2. Shipping Rates & Options (Singapore Only)

We currently deliver within Singapore only.

  • Standard Local Courier (Tracked):
    – Flat Rate: $5
    – Free Delivery for orders S$100 and above (after discounts)

  • Express Delivery: Available upon request and subject to additional charges

  • Self-Collection: Available by appointment only from 415B Fernvale Link, Singapore 792415

Shipping options and rates will be shown at checkout.

3. Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days (after order production)

  • Express Delivery: 1–2 business days (subject to approval and availability)

You will receive a tracking number once your parcel is shipped.

4. Delivery Responsibility

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate during checkout. WM Crafting is not responsible for:

  • Delays due to incorrect or incomplete information

  • Missed deliveries or redelivery charges incurred by the courier

  • Delivery delays caused by courier operations, festive periods, or weather disruptions

5. Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or is not received:

  • Contact us within 7 days of the delivery date

  • Provide photos and your order number for our review

  • Replacements or resolutions will follow our [Refund & Return Policy]

6. Preorders & Extended Lead Times

Products marked as pre-order or requiring additional lead time will have estimated delivery timelines clearly stated on the product page. Please allow extra time for production and delivery.

7. International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping via our website. For overseas requests, please contact us directly for custom shipping arrangements.
