Welcome to WM Crafting. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website wmcrafting.com (the “Site”) and any related services, products, or communications provided by WM Crafting (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
All content and designs remain the intellectual property of WM Crafting and may not be reproduced without permission.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform we use to sell our products and services.

2. Custom Orders & Production

All products at WM Crafting are made-to-order. Production begins only after:

  • Payment is received

  • Custom details are submitted

  • Design proofs (if applicable) are approved

We reserve the right to reject any custom request that violates our design policies or is deemed offensive or inappropriate.

3. Pricing and Product Availability

All prices are listed in SGD and are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.
Product availability may vary and is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed.

4. Cancellations and Changes

❌ No Cancellations After Payment

Once payment is made, orders cannot be cancelled under any circumstances, regardless of production status. Please ensure all customisation details are correct before submitting your order.

✅ Order Changes

Minor changes (e.g. name spelling, delivery address) may be allowed within 12 hours of ordering and before production starts. All change requests must be submitted in writing and approved by our team. Additional fees may apply.

5. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Due to the personalised nature of our products:

  • All sales are final

  • Returns are not accepted unless the item is defective and no replacement is available

  • Refunds are issued as store credits only, valid for 6 months

6. Shipping

We currently ship within Singapore only.

  • Standard Delivery: $5 flat rate

  • Free Shipping: On orders of $100 and above

  • Self-collection: Available by appointment at Fernvale Link

Please ensure your delivery information is accurate. We are not liable for missed or delayed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses or courier delays. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, product photos, branding, and website content are the intellectual property of WM Crafting. You may not use or reproduce any of these materials without written consent.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use our site or products for illegal purposes

  • Violate any intellectual property or privacy rights

  • Upload malicious code or spam

  • Submit false information during the order process

We reserve the right to terminate access to our services for users who breach these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WM Crafting will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

  • Errors in submitted customisation

  • Delays in shipping

  • Use or misuse of our products

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WM Crafting and its affiliates from any claims or liabilities arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of our services.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes will be handled exclusively in the courts of Singapore.

12. Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
