Refund policy

Effective Date: 25 March 2025

At WM Crafting, every product is made to order and carefully handcrafted or customised to your specifications. As such, all sales are final. However, we do provide support for defective items under specific conditions, as outlined below.

1. Returns

Returns are not accepted unless:

  • The item is defective upon delivery, and

  • A replacement is unavailable

To qualify for return:

  • Notify us within 7 days of receiving your order

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed

2. Return Procedure

To request a return:

  1. Contact us via email or WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving your order

  2. Provide:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photos of the defect

    • A brief explanation of the issue

  3. If approved, we will provide return instructions

Returned items must meet return conditions to be eligible for review.

3. Refunds

Refunds are issued in the form of store credit only.

Store credits:

  • Are valid for 6 months

  • Can be used on future WM Crafting orders

  • Are non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash

Store credits will be issued only if:

  • The returned item is confirmed to be defective and no replacement is available, or

  • An order is cancelled before production begins, subject to admin fees

Please note: Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is made.

4. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for:

  • Customised, personalised, or made-to-order items, unless deemed defective

  • Orders that have entered production or customisation

  • Customer-submitted errors, such as spelling or design mistakes once approved

  • Minor variations in colour, grain, or texture, especially in natural or handmade materials (e.g., wood, slate, fabric)

  • Items returned after 7 days or without prior approval

5. Important Note

Due to the nature of handcrafted and customised items, minor imperfections and natural variations in materials (such as wood grain, colour tone, or engraving texture) are considered normal and part of the charm of a handmade product.

Please carefully review all custom details before submitting your order. Once confirmed, no changes, cancellations, or refunds will be accepted if production has begun.
