Replacement Policy

At WM Crafting, we take great care in producing and packing each customised item. While all sales are final, we understand that issues can sometimes arise. This Replacement Policy outlines when and how we offer replacements for defective or damaged items.

1. Eligibility for Replacement

Replacements are only offered for items that:

  • Are defective upon arrival, or

  • Were damaged during shipping, and

  • Are reported within 7 days of receiving the order

To qualify, items must:

  • Be returned in original condition and packaging (if applicable)

  • Include clear photo evidence showing the issue

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number)

2. Non-Eligible Scenarios

We do not offer replacements for:

  • Customised items with customer-approved spelling/design errors

  • Minor variations in colour, grain, or texture (especially with natural or handmade materials)

  • Products that have been misused or damaged after delivery

  • Claims made more than 7 days after delivery

3. How to Request a Replacement

To initiate a replacement request:

  2. Include:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photos of the product and packaging

    • A brief description of the issue

  3. Our team will assess and respond within 2–3 business days

4. Replacement Lead Time

If approved, replacement timelines will depend on:

  • Stock availability

  • Production time for customised items

We will inform you of the estimated timeline once your return is approved.

5. Return of Defective Items

We may request the return of the defective item for quality assurance purposes. Instructions will be provided if this is required. Return shipping may be covered at our discretion depending on the issue.

6. No Cash Refunds

We do not offer refunds in place of replacements. If a replacement is not available (e.g., item discontinued), we may offer store credit at our discretion.
